How do I know my home and pets are safe?

I am a trustworthy individual who have undergone police background checks in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. I provide regular updates via WhatsApp or e-mail. I have received numerous positive reviews from satisfied hosts via Trusted Housesitters.

What does home visit (no pets) include?

Security: Checking that all doors and windows are secure, Turning lights on or off as needed to give the appearance of occupancy
Home Maintenance: taking out bins
Mail: Collecting and organizing your mail
Deliveries: Handling any packages or deliveries that arrive

Providing updates via text, WhatsApp, or email

What areas do you serve?

Currently my service areas include Sydney and nearby locations. However, my exact service locations can vary based on current house-sitting assignments. Please contact me to confirm if I can accommodate your area during your desired dates. I don't drive so your house location must be within reasonable distance to a public transport. For long-term house & pet sitting assignments
(4 weeks+), I can fly to your desired location.

How do I prepare for your visit?

Before I arrive, please make sure to:

Leave clear instructions for pet care
Provide any necessary pet supplies (food, medications, etc.)
Provide emergency contact details and vet's number
Inform me of any security systems or special requirements
For and overnight stays and long-term sits please provide: clean bedding and towels, space in the fridge and cupboards

What does house & pet sitting include?

Pet care: feeding, administer medication, litter change, company, play time, snuggles - cats and dogs can sleep in my bed too!

What are your service hours?

I offer flexible service hours to accommodate your needs. My standard service hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, but I am happy to discuss special arrangements if you require services outside of these hours. For long-term house-sitting assignments, I'm available 24/7 to ensure continuous care and security.

What does standard cleaning include?

Dusting surfaces (furniture, shelves, etc.)
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Sweeping and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers/tubs)
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces (counters, sinks, stovetops)
Wiping down appliances (microwave, fridge exterior)
General tidying and organizing

What does deep cleaning include?

Everything that is included in the standard cleaning plus:

Cleaning inside of appliances (oven, fridge)
Washing windows and window sills (only easily accessible ones)
Scrubbing tile grout and removing hard water stains
Bedding change (optional)
Laundry assistance - washing, ironing etc. (optional)

Please note: if the house has not been cleaned for months, I will charge for deep cleaning
